How do I track buyer activity in a LockRoom data room?
The audit log records which documents each buyer viewed and downloaded, with timestamps and IP addresses. Room owners and admins can also receive daily digest emails summarizing activity, so you know which bidders are engaged without opening the room.
Step by step
- Open the room's audit log for the live record of every buyer action.
- Filter by date range to review a specific window, for example the week after a process letter goes out.
- Enable the daily digest email to get an activity summary for owners and admins.
- Use per group activity to read bidder engagement before second round invitations.
