Every view, download, and permission change is recorded in the room's audit log with timestamps and IP addresses. Export it to PDF or CSV at any time. Logs carry 7 year archival designed to support SEC 17a-4 and FINRA 4511 retention programs.
Step by step
- Open the room's audit log to see the full activity record, filterable by date range.
- Export to PDF for a formatted record, or CSV for analysis.
- Closed rooms are archived with the audit record retained for 7 years.
