What file types can buyers view in LockRoom?
Buyers view documents in the browser without downloading anything. PDF, Word (docx), Excel (xlsx), PowerPoint (pptx), and images all render in the built in viewer, with number formatting preserved in spreadsheets. Anything else can be stored and downloaded per your permission settings.
Step by step
- PDF, docx, xlsx, pptx, and image files render in the in browser viewer.
- Excel renders with currency, percent, and date formatting intact.
- Files that do not render in browser can still be stored, permissioned, and downloaded.
