Can buyers download the full data room at once?
Yes, when you allow it. Buyers with download permission can bulk download the documents they have access to as a single package, which buy side teams use to load diligence materials into their own systems. Bulk access follows the same per group permissions as everything else.
Step by step
- Grant a buyer group download permission at the folder or room level.
- Buyers use the bulk download option to pull their permitted documents in one package.
- Downloads are recorded in the audit log like any other access.
