How do I run multiple deals at once in LockRoom?
The unlimited annual plan ($6,000 a year) includes unlimited concurrent rooms, so each mandate gets its own isolated data room with its own buyer groups, permissions, and audit log. Bankers running 4 to 12 deals a year pay the same flat price regardless of deal count.
Step by step
- Create a separate room per mandate. Rooms are fully isolated from each other.
- Your room list shows every active and archived deal in one view.
- Per deal cost math: 8 deals a year on the annual plan is $750 per deal, versus $25,000 to $100,000 per deal at enterprise VDRs.
